Our jewel case bottom (back) inserts are perfectly sized and ready for you to print, detach and insert. The inserts are “micro-perfed” on the edges so separation is clean and neat. Fold perf lines give the inserts a 5-3/8” x 4-19/32” back panel and two ¼” spines that fold up. Margins around the inserts are ¾” on top and 1-5/16” on the left.

There are two inserts per sheet and 100 sheets per pack for a total of 200 inserts. Card stock is suitable for printing on laser or inkjet printers, photo copiers or offset presses.
