Our jewel case top (lid) insert cards are perfectly sized and ready for you to print, detach and insert. The cards are “micro-perfed” on the sheet so separation is clean, or so two cards can stay attached and fold together to make a 4-panel booklet. There are two cards per sheet and 100 sheets per pack. Insert size: 4-¾” square. Margins: ¾” top, 1-7/8” left. Card stock is suitable for printing on laser or inkjet printers, photo copiers or offset presses.
