I use the Beta 58A as my own personal vocal mic for worship singing. The church had old SM58 mics so I bought this mic for myself and it is so much better! It is really great for male vocals since it has a much clearer sound which helps my vocals be clearer. It was well worth my personal investment. The backline musicians bring their own instruments so it makes sense that those of who are vocalists bring a mic that compliments our voice. When you compare the cost of a great mic to the cost of a good guitar, it's a no brainer! -LS Lacey
