Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. CCI will always offer the most competitive prices possible. But, due to unforeseen manufacturer price increases, we cannot guarantee prices past the date of our catalog printing. We reserve the right to make typographical errors.
$20 Minimum on All Online Orders
Due to the increasing cost of credit card processing, we require a minimum purchase of $20 for all orders placed online.
Shipment
Your order will be quickly processed and usually shipped within 24 hours. CCI Solutions takes care to always ensure that your products are packaged securely and appropriately, so that your items arrive in the best condition possible. CCI Solutions charges freight on all shipments, except on items marked as "Free Shipping."
Continental United States - Shipments are sent via UPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. If your shipping time is longer than 3 days, CCI Solutions will upgrade your order to UPS 3 Day Select for the same price as UPS Ground plus $3 per box. Free shipping via UPS ground applies to the Continental United States on items marked as "Free Shipping."
Alaska & Hawaii - Shipments are sent via USPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. Discounted shipping is offered to Hawaii and Alaska for those items marked as "Free Shipping."
International - Shipments are sent via UPS. Shipping via other carriers is only by request. International orders do not qualify for free shipping on items marked as "Free Shipping."
Tax Information
Sales or use tax applies to the state where merchandise is being delivered. CCI Solutions is required to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Tax is calculated on merchandise and handling. Sales and use tax applies to merchandise shipped into Washington, Idaho, and California. For orders being shipped within Washington, add 8.0%. Orders being shipped to Idaho, add 5.0%. California tax varies between 7.25% and 8.25% depending on the county in which you are located.
Please add the appropriate county tax rate. Freight charges are taxable in Washington, but not in California or Idaho. If you are tax exempt, please contact CCI for further instructions. CCI Solutions is in the process of being registered to collect tax in many states. If you have any questions about whether your state requires collection of sales tax, please call your CCI representative.
Availability
Our computerized inventory enables us to have a good stock of the most popular items ready for immediate shipment. However, we can't guarantee your item(s) will be in stock.
We suggest that you order a few weeks before you need your equipment. This will help protect you against out-of-stock, carrier strikes, or back-order situations. A sales representative will call to confirm the shipping information you have selected. If you have an important deadline, please communicate that to your sales representative at that time.

PLEASE NOTE: Special, Custom or Non-Inventory orders (as well as any items specifically mentioned in our catalog) may be subject to restock fees and restrictions on returns or exchanges.
Returns
Merchandise returned to CCI Solutions must have the following:
- Return Authorization (RA) number from the shipping label.
- Original manufacturer's box and packaging.
Do not write RA number on box.
Please retape the manufacturer's box with clear tape. - All accessories
- Warranty card
- Owner's manual
Returned products must be returned as new*, otherwise the return may be refused or subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Please call (800) 562-6006 to obtain your RA number. Please have your customer number or invoice number available for reference when you call. Remeber to get the tracking number for your return from your shipping company. Returns lost during shipping may not be credited unless tracking number is available.
*Approval for full refund based on condition of returned item, subject to final determination by CCI Solutions.

Defective Merchandise
It is important that you test your product as soon as possible for defects. If the product is defective, call CCI Solutions immediately. CCI Solutions will replace defective merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 Days
CCI Solutions provides warranty and non-warranty service and repairs on many of the products we sell. If your product needs service, call our service department (800) 562-6006, Ext.280.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect all products received from CCI Solutions for any signs of damage suffered during shipping. If you discover damage to any products, refuse the shipment and call CCI Solutions. If you are unable to inspect the product upon delivery or you later discover concealed damage, call CCI Solutions immediately, so we can file a damage claim and expedite shipment of a new product to you.
Service
Sound and audio-visual equipment and cassette tape from CCI Solutions is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If it does not perform to your satisfaction, call CCI Solutions immediately. Keep your invoice and original cartons in case warranty service is required. If you need to ship any merchandise back to us or the manufacturer, please call for instructions and Return Authorization (RA).
