Yes, it’s true. The FCC has now ruled that wireless microphone users can no longer use the 700Mhz frequency band effective June 12, 2010. That also includes wireless In-Ear Monitor systems. Wireless microphone manufacturers and dealers are now offering rebates to end-users who purchase replacement wireless microphones and In-ear Monitor systems before June 12, 2010.
