1. Discovery Process:

We begin every design project focused on defining and developing ways technology can serve your vision. Our first kickoff meetings with your team set the course; when vision is communicated in a face-to-face meeting, every decision moving forward becomes more straightforward and clear. 2. System Design:

We will present each design to your team for feedback and collaboration to ensure we are on track and synced with the project's vision.

3. Engineering:

Stage three focuses on providing CAD technology and structural drawings featuring in-depth documentation of labor requirements, low-voltage wiring infrastructure, lighting loads, rack elevations, and engineering schematics. Having professional engineering documents is vital to address pain points in terms of power, conduit and data transmissions, as well as general electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical needs. Careful documentation not only ensures the final project matches approved design expectations but will aid in acquiring state and city permits.

4. Proposal:

You do not like surprises; we know as we have been in your seat. We deliver all-inclusive budget numbers that anticipate and account for unique project requirements, reducing last-minute changes and change orders. This will include coordinating AVL infrastructure implementation with other construction trades with site inspections and verifications—complete installation, commissioning, tuning, and optimization. In addition, to ensure a great handoff, we include operational training and a one-year warranty on our workmanship.

5. Implementation Process:
